Meet Aleesha Webb, founder of LadyBanker.

This is my Story

I spent decades inside banking and leadership—on the inside of the systems most business owners never get to see. I’ve reviewed thousands of financials. I’ve watched companies with “fine” numbers quietly bleed cash. And I’ve seen some of the most capable, intelligent women I know underprice themselves, over-deliver, and carry financial stress like it’s just part of being responsible.

LadyBanker exists because I got tired of watching women build beautiful businesses… and run them with money systems held together by vibes, Venmo, and hope. Strategy without structure isn’t freedom—it’s exhaustion.

If I had to guess, you’re the one everyone relies on. The leader. The problem-solver. The woman people trust.
But when it comes to your own cash flow, you’re not fully confident. You sense things could be stronger, cleaner, clearer—but no one ever taught you how to look at your numbers without fear or overwhelm.

That’s where I come in.

I don’t just teach spreadsheets or budgets. I teach women how to know their numbers, trust their decisions, and stop negotiating with their worth. Because when your finances are grounded in truth—not guesswork—you lead differently.
